Jerome
Eusebius, Another Bishop
Eusebius, a native of Sardinia, was at first a reader at Rome and afterward bishop of Vercelli. Because of his confession of the faith he was sent away by the emperor Constantius to Scythopolis, and afterward to Cappadocia. Under the emperor Julian he returned to his church, and he published the Commentaries on the Psalms of Eusebius of Caesarea, which he had translated from Greek into Latin. He died in the reign of Valentinian and Valens.
