Gennadius
Ursinus
Ursinus the monk wrote against those who say that heretics should be rebaptized. He taught that it is neither lawful nor honoring to God to rebaptize those who have been baptized either in the name of Christ alone or in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, even though the formula has been used in a corrupted sense. He holds that, after the simple confession of the Holy Trinity and of Christ, the laying on of hands by the catholic priest is enough for salvation.
