Shortly after, Jan de Kudse also, an ardent lover of God, who had likewise been arrested for the truth, from which he would not depart, meekly suffered death as an innocent lamb of Christ, in the marketplace at Antwerp, in order to follow his Lord; and so forced his way through the strait gate into the kingdom of God.
