Of the Account of Albert Krantz
OF THE ACCOUNT OF ALBERT KRANTZ, CONCERNING THE DEATH OF THESE MARTYRS
Albert Krantz also writes, in his History of the Vandals, of very many such (so-called) heretics, namely, Waldenses, in Poland, in the city of Zuidenitz. Of them he says, in the manner of the papists, that they disturbed the church there, and so, convicted of heresy against the Roman church, great numbers of them ended their lives in the flames. Hist. Vand., book 8, near the end. Also, A. Mell., 2nd book, folio 479.
Their confession, which agrees with that of the Anabaptists, has already been explained, and that explanation need not be repeated; hence it is not to be doubted, but is an established fact, that these people were all pious witnesses of Jesus Christ, who for His name's sake did not spare their lives even to death.
