Psalms of Solomon 11

Of Solomon, for Expectation

Sound a trumpet in Zion, a trumpet signaling the holy ones. Announce in Jerusalem the voice of one bringing good news, because God had mercy on Israel at the time when he attended to them.
Stand on a height, Jerusalem, and look at your children from east and west, gathered together at once by the Lord.
They come from the north rejoicing in their God; God gathered them from distant islands.
He brought high mountains low to make a level path for them, and the hills fled as they approached.
The woodlands shaded them as they passed, and God made every fragrant tree spring up for them,
so Israel might pass by when the glory of their God comes to their aid.
Put on your garments of glory, Jerusalem, and prepare the robe of your holy place, because God has spoken good things for Israel forever and ever.
May the Lord do what he spoke concerning Israel and Jerusalem; may the Lord raise Israel up in the name of his glory.
The Lord’s mercy rests upon Israel forever and ever.
