Psalms of Solomon 6

1 Blessed is the man whose heart is ready to call on the Lord’s name. When he remembers the Lord’s name, he will be saved.

2 His ways are directed by the Lord, and the works of his hands are guarded by the Lord his God.

3 His soul will not be troubled by the sight of evil dreams; he will not be terrified when crossing rivers or amid the tossing of seas.

4 He rose from his sleep and blessed the Lord’s name. With a steady heart, he sang a hymn to the name of his God.

5 He pleaded before the Lord for his whole household, and the Lord listened to the prayer of everyone who fears God.

6 The Lord fulfills every request of a soul that hopes in him. Blessed is the Lord, who shows mercy to those who love him in truth.
