Psalms 145

Praise by David.

I will exalt you, my God and my King, and bless your name forever and ever.
Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever.
The Lord is great and highly praised, and there is no limit to his greatness.
Generation after generation will praise your works and proclaim your power.
They will speak about the glorious majesty of your holiness and recount your wonderful works.
They will speak about the power of your awe-inspiring deeds and recount your greatness.
They will pour out the memory of your abundant kindness and rejoice in your righteousness.
The Lord is compassionate, merciful, patient, and abundant in mercy.
The Lord is kind to everyone, and his compassion rests upon all his works.
Let all your works give thanks to you, Lord, and let those who are holy to you bless you.
They will speak about the glory of your kingdom and tell about your dominion,
to make your dominion and the glorious majesty of your kingdom known to human beings.
Your kingdom is a kingdom for every age, and your dominion lasts through every generation. The Lord is faithful in his words and holy in all his works.
The Lord supports everyone who is falling and raises everyone who has been shattered.
The eyes of everyone hope in you, and you give them their food at the proper time.
You open your hand and fill every living creature with delight.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways and holy in all his works.
The Lord is near everyone who calls upon him, everyone who calls upon him in truth.
He will carry out the desire of those who revere him, listen to their plea, and save them.
The Lord guards everyone who loves him, but he will utterly destroy all sinners.
My mouth will speak the Lord’s praise, and let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
