Psalms 113

Servants, praise the Lord; praise the Lord’s name.

May the Lord’s name be blessed from now and forever.

From sunrise to sunset, praise the Lord’s name.

The Lord is high above all nations; his glory is above the heavens.

Who is like the Lord our God, who lives in the heights

yet watches the lowly things in heaven and on earth?

He raises a poor person from the earth and lifts a needy person from a manure pile,

to seat him with rulers, with the rulers of his people.

He settles a barren woman in a home as a mother rejoicing over children.
