Psalms 112

Hallelujah.

Blessed is the man who reveres the Lord; he will delight greatly in his commands.
His offspring will be mighty on the earth; a generation of the upright will be blessed.
Glory and wealth will be in his house, and his righteousness remains forever and ever.
For the upright, a light rose in darkness—merciful, compassionate, and righteous.
A kind man is one who has compassion and lends; he will manage his affairs with judgment.
He will never be shaken; the righteous will have an enduring remembrance.
He will not fear an evil report. His heart is ready to trust in the Lord.
His heart is established; he will not fear until he looks upon his enemies.
He scattered and gave to the poor. His righteousness remains forever and ever; his horn will be raised with glory.
A sinner will see and become angry; he will grind his teeth and melt away. The desire of sinners will perish.
