Psalms
Psalms 70
For the end. By David, for remembrance, for the Lord to save me.
1 God, pay attention and help me.
2 May those seeking my soul be ashamed and disgraced. May those who want evil for me turn back and be put to shame.
3 May those saying to me, “Well done! Well done!” turn back immediately in shame.
4 May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. May those who love your rescue continually say, “May God be magnified!”
5 But I am poor and needy. God, help me. You are my helper and rescuer; Lord, do not delay.
