Enoch
Enoch 12
Enoch is hidden
1 Before these things Enoch was hidden, and none of the children of men knew where he was hidden, or where he lived, or what had become of him. 2 And his activities had to do with the Watchers, and his days were with the holy ones.
The Watchers send him
3 And I, Enoch, was blessing the Lord of majesty and the King of the ages, and look — the Watchers called me, Enoch the scribe, and said to me, 4 “Enoch, scribe of righteousness, go and declare to the Watchers of heaven who have left the high heaven, the holy eternal place, and have defiled themselves with women, and have done as the children of earth do, and have taken for themselves wives: 5 ‘You have brought great destruction on the earth, and you will have no peace and no forgiveness of sin. And since they take delight in their children, 6 they will see the murder of their beloved ones, and they will mourn over the destruction of their children, and will plead forever, but mercy and peace you will not obtain.’”
